Jean Council is a dedicated and accomplished individual, having retired from her role as a member of the New York State Division of Parole after over 15 years of service. Her professional journey includes significant experience as a Home Health Aide, where she provided compassionate care to those in need. For the past two years, she has taken on the leadership role of PTA President at PS 78, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and enriching the education and well-being of students.

Currently, Jean enjoys a vibrant life sharing her home with her beautiful granddaughter, Jasmine. Together, they create a warm and nurturing environment filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
